Jason Daly

Jason Daly is the Residential Sales Manager at Stone Heating and Air, where he leads with empathy, efficiency, and a relationship-first approach to customer service. Growing up with a father in the HVAC industry for over 35 years (with many of those years owning his own business), Jason was introduced to the trade early. His first “job” was holding a flashlight and carrying tools on service calls for his father, sparking a lifelong connection to the industry.

While he’s been around HVAC most of his life, Jason has been deeply involved in the field in different capacities for the past decade, developing a well-rounded understanding of residential systems and customer needs. He’s known for being a great listener, adaptable under pressure, and highly effective at managing time and processes. Over the years, Jason has created systems that not only streamline his workflow but have helped boost the efficiency of coworkers and peers around him.

Jason’s ability to connect with people from all walks of life has made him a trusted advisor to his customers who depend on the Stone Heating and Air team. He believes that delivering a great customer experience starts with empathy—taking the time to truly understand and care about the customer’s perspective and ensuring they feel respected, heard, and valued. This foundation builds trust and leads to solutions that go beyond expectations.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing sports like basketball, soccer, and golf, hiking outdoors, and spending quality time with his wife Emily and their two kids, Levi and Lexi. Friends describe him as easygoing, witty, dependable, and someone who brings positive energy wherever he goes.
