Residential Service Technician
Position Summary: Responsible for Residential Service calls for “residential” heating and air conditioning systems including furnaces, fan coils, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and other heating and air conditioning related items with new and existing homes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
- Maintains positive image with clients and public by following company dress and appearance standards
- Utilizing our CRM software by inputting notes, taking pictures, etc in program so job history is maintained
- Weekly time for job will be 40-50 hours per week usually (Peak demand months can have more hours)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clean driving record
- Self-starter
- 608 Universal refrigeration license/endorsement
- Knowledgeable in residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment and how to diagnose issues and then fix them
- Willing to continued education and teach others
- Team oriented
- Strong organizational skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Standing, walking, sitting (both office and driving), talking/listening.
- Lifting varying weights, 25-150lbs
- Ability to travel and stay overnight if needed (minimal amount).
Commercial Service Technician
Position Summary: Responsible for properly diagnosing and maintaining Commercial and Industrial heating and air conditioning equipment and be competent in identifying issues, explaining to customers what is needed to fix a system, the necessity of parts, explain the value of maintenance, and installing replacement parts. Technician will be interacting with commercial business owners and facility personnel so people skills are a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
- Ensures safe working environment being aware of OSHA requirements
- Maintains positive image with clients and public by following company dress and appearance standards, being prompt for appointments, and always being polite and courteous.

- Weekly time for job will be 40-50 hours per week (may be more at peak demand periods)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clean driving record
- 608 Universal refrigeration license/endorsement
- Understanding of Commercial and Industrial heating and air conditioning systems and associated components and how to repair/replace them
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and office staff
- Willing to be involved in continuing education and teaching others
- Self-starter
- Strong organizational skills
- Team oriented
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Standing, walking, sitting, talking/listening.
- Lifting varying weights, 25-75lbs (ladders, helping with equipment as needed)
- Ability to travel and stay overnight if needed
WAGES:
Hourly (depending on experience) plus spiffs on parts sold (qualified parts)
Commercial Estimator
Position Summary: Responsible for commercial sales by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers/contractors and offering solutions and options for their heating and cooling needs. Estimator will be responsible for evaluating the building and deciding on which options would be available including replacement or new system, ductwork (if needed), and working up the costs associated for the project. Estimator then provides the customer with a proposal for the new system. Prepares material lists for crews with signed proposals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps to enforce company policies and guidelines.
- Monitors safety requirements established by OSHA. Responsible for ensuring crews are aware of any OSHA requirements on individual jobs.
- Maintains positive image with clients and public by following company dress and appearance standards, being prompt for appointments, and always being polite and courteous.
- Stay up to date with new and discontinued products and equipment/material pricing.
- Attending trade conferences (as approved with management) and trainings.
- Attending and working in trade show booth.
- Knowledge of and how to work with computers i.e.: Excel, Word, Adobe, the web-based CRM program we use for business, etc.
- Weekly time for job will be 40-50 hours per week
