Megan Ayres is the friendly and dependable voice customers hear when they call Stone Heating and Air, serving as our Customer Service Representative / Residential Coordinator with care, confidence, and a can-do attitude. With three years in the HVAC industry, Megan has quickly become a vital part of the team. She is known for her excellent communication, strong work ethic, and genuine dedication to helping others.

Her early involvement in 4-H and FFA played a huge role in shaping the skills she uses every day—efficiency, quick problem-solving, patience, and the ability to meet challenges head-on. Megan brings those same qualities to her work at Stone, focusing on delivering a great customer experience through reliability, active listening, and clear communication.

Outside of work, Megan stays busy with a wide range of passions. She runs her own cattle company, plays volleyball and softball, and enjoys camping and hunting with family and friends. She’s also the creative force behind her small business, Rustic Roots, where she designs everything from T-shirts to home décor, letting her artistic side shine.

Described by friends as funny, outgoing, caring, hardworking, and competitive, Megan approaches every day with energy and heart. She took a leap of faith when she entered the HVAC industry, and now proudly calls Stone Heating and Air home, considering the team not just coworkers, but family.
