Brandyn Hicks

With 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Brandyn has built his career from the ground up, beginning as an installer before moving into light service and developing a strong understanding of both the technical and customer service sides of the industry. Today, he serves as the Director of Service at Stone Heating and Air, where he leads the service department, supports technicians, and helps ensure customers receive the high level of service and professionalism the company is known for.

As his career progressed, Brandyn has invested in management and leadership courses to strengthen his ability to lead and support a team. His transition from the field into management and office operations has given him a well rounded perspective on the HVAC industry, allowing him to understand the challenges technicians face while helping mentor and develop the team. He is passionate about providing excellent customer service, building strong teams, and using his experience to help Stone Heating and Air deliver dependable service and a positive experience for every customer.

Outside of work, Brandyn enjoys staying active and spending time on the golf course or basketball court. When football season rolls around, you’ll likely find him proudly sporting his Dallas Cowboys jersey and cheering on his team. Above all, Brandyn values time with his family and enjoys making memories with his wife, Kristan, and their son, Mavrik.
