Installation of new Payne air conditioning unit. This new system will provide much more efficient (cost-saving) cooling for this local business.
Replacing a gas furnace from an attic where our interior access is to small so we opened up the roof to get the old furnace out and the new furnace in. new furnace is replacing an 80% AFUE system. new 95% Payne unit being installed. #creativeproblemsolving
installation of new Carrier “Hybrid” system which consists of a hybrid fan coil with a ductless heat pump outdoor consing coil providing maximum comfort and excellent energy efficiency while still having comfort in each room utilizing their existing ductwork!
Replacing an older air handler with new Carrier variable speed fan coil. we are also installing a zoned system so that the upstairs can be more comfortable in heating amd cooling seasons.
Installation of new Carrier ductless system on a 4 plex. Starting with wall brackets while interior is being laid out. Ductless systems provide extremely efficient comfort year round!
