Installation of new Carrier “crossover” system utilizing the energy efficiency of the ductless outdoor (with variable speed compressor) equipment with a modified fan coil (or air handler) to provide the customer with constant heat. This system replaced a gas furnace as the customer wanted to move away from natural gas. System also includes a RemeHalo LED air purification system. Great installation by Cavin and Shelby!
Replacement of an old wall mounted unit. Installation of new Carrier Heat Pump package unit, including fabrication and installation of new ductwork to deliver the air into the building.
Installation of new air conditioner after the old one quit working. New system is a Carrier 14 SEER Comfort series air conditioner.
Installation of new Carrier commercial-sized fan coil, ductless mini split for IT room, and radiant heaters for shop area. Very involved and detailed project and our crews did amazing!
Installation of new Carrier fan coil and heat pump. The attic space was tight so we couldn’t get a good angle for the fan coil installed but our crews put together a beautiful system that will provide our homeowner with years of reliable heating and cooling.
Responding to a service call for no air conditioning. Found a bad capacitor and replaced.
Service call for no AC. Found a bad capacitor. Installed new Turbo200X.
Service call for no air conditioning. Found that the capacitor had failed. Removed and replaced the capacitor with a turbo 200 X capacitor that has a five year warranty.
Just replaced the ac unit and evaporator coil after homeowner tried dealing with their home warranty. We installed a new Carrier Comfort series air conditioner and a new horizontal coil that tied in with their furnace and ductwork. They will be comfortable for the coming summer and years to come!
Service call on a water source heat pump. The system has an issue with drainage so we are re-doing the drain and P-trap so it flows out better.
