Heating tune up for this gas furnace. Found that the blower wheel needed to be cleaned, the flame sensor needed to be cleaned, and just overall system needed to be checked for proper operations. Will be going back to clean blower wheel when homeowner has more time for us to be there. The blower wheel accumulates dust and with that the strain on the blower motor increases wear and reduces the ability of the motor to run the wheel at the proper speed reducing airflow.

Service call for intermittent no heat issues with a gas furnace. Our service technician Luke was able to diagnose a bad control board. Luke also performed a heating tune up by cleaning the flame sensor, clearing the condensate drain, checked the inducer motor amperage, inspected the heat exchanger, checked the gas pressure, and ensured the system was operating at expected efficiencies. Customer now has consistent heat for their home. Great job Luke!

Installation of a new Payne fancoil and new Payne 14 SEER heat pump. New system will provide much better levels of comfort for the owners and help decrease their power bill with higher efficiency compared to the last system. Access in the attic was tight but our install team was able to overcome the challenge and provide a quality installation.

Replacement of an existing heat pump with new Carrier Performance fancoil (indoor unit) and 15 SEER2 outdoor unit. The old system had a compressor that had failed and with the age of the system the homeowner wanted to change out the entire system. New system is quieter and much more efficient for energy use.

Performing a heating tune up or “fall maintenance” for this customer. Having a thorough check of your system at the change in seasons is very important for overall operation and efficiency of a heating or cooling system. This system had not been properly maintained for quite a while. Be sure your HVAC company technician shows you pictures of their work to ensure you are getting what you think you are paying for.

Installation of new Carrier “crossover” system utilizing the energy efficiency of the ductless outdoor (with variable speed compressor) equipment with a modified fan coil (or air handler) to provide the customer with constant heat. This system replaced a gas furnace as the customer wanted to move away from natural gas. System also includes a RemeHalo LED air purification system. Great installation by Cavin and Shelby!

The existing thermostat developed a short due to corrosion that happened on the batteries. With the corrosion that shorted out the thermostat so replacement was necessary. This is a pretty simple thermostat. It is a Honeywell T6. It is important to know when replacing thermostats that you get the appropriate thermostat for the system that you have in your home.

Our residential crew has been working on the installation of a new Carrier heating and air conditioning system for this new addition/remodel project. Pictures are of the 2 stage gas furnace and when ready we will set the 2 stage air conditioner. Having a 2 stage system benefits our homeowner to maximize efficiency and works well with the zoning system we are putting in their home so they have temperature control with one system in different areas of the home. Picture shows just the beginning of our condensate drain line being ran. Great work Dave, Cavin, Shelby, and Jarrett!

commercial service call for no AC. Customer noticed that there wasn’t any air flowing out of the supply registers throughout the building. Upon inspection found that the coil was frozen over. This was caused by the blower capacitor going bad. Without airflow over the coil the refrigeration causes the coil to freeze over. Without air circulating through the system the coil will freeze over pretty quickly. With a new capacitor and a new contactor the system is working as it should for the owner.

Installation of new Carrier Performance series gas furnace with an addition being built and the rest of the being remodeled. new system will be zoned providing comfort at levels the homeowner wants in different rooms. Just need to finish drains, line set, and wait for remaining construction to finish.

Changing out a blower motor. if a blower motor goes out not obly do you lose the air circulation but you also lose the ability for your system to cool because without the air flow your evaporator coil will freeze over creating strain on the compressor potentially ruining it but it can hit a high pressure in limit and turn off. Airflow is critical for proper hvac operation.

Service call for no AC with a commercial client. Customer indicated that they have not had anyone service the equipment since it was installed. This call shows the importance of regular maintenance and mostly for frequent filter changes! If your heating and cooling system cannot breathe it cannot work. Please change your filters and have a regular maintenance program so that your system can operate at peak efficiency and last as long as it should.
