Our office will schedule tentative service dates with you so you know when to expect the next visit from us.
A Yearly Supply of Filters
Stay worry-free as we deliver a fresh supply of filters to your doorstep annually, promoting optimal system performance. For optimal performance, air filters should be changed monthly. We recommend changing filters on the first day of each month to establish a routine that's easiest to remember.

Enjoy all these benefits with a monthly subscription fee of $24 per month* for a single system or $45 per month* for two systems.
*The following requirements apply:
- Minimum one-year membership commitment.
- Equipment must be easily accessible for technicians to perform work.
- Pricing will increase for homes located beyond a 20-mile radius of Central Point, Oregon: 20 to 40 miles is $28 per month for a single system or $48 per month for two; 40 to 60 miles is $32 for a single system or $52 for two. Rates for a home beyond 60 miles will be reviewed and quoted on a case-by-case basis by management.
